A Gift of Thyme creates personalized and palette specific weekday meal plans for time and nutrition starved clients. I design healthy, gourmet entrees according to your specifications, whether it is dietary restrictions, weight loss goals, or any other unique requests, and prepare them using Sonoma County�s finest local ingredients. First, I will meet with you for a Client Assessment in which all your entr�e wants and needs will be established. Based around your requests, I will design a customized menu and submit the menu for your approval. A designated cook date is scheduled once the menu is complete. On the morning of your cook date I will shop for all the fresh ingredients, and prepare the entrees in the safety and privacy of your own kitchen, bringing all my own professional equipment with me. The entrees are packaged and stored with easy to follow heating and handling instructions, allowing you to enjoy the entrees at your own convenience. Your kitchen is left immaculate, with only the tantalizing smells of your food left in your home. A Gift of Thyme will provide ease and convenience to your everyday cooking while adding a personalized gourmet touch you will look forward to each night.
A Gift of Thyme is also available for small in home events for up to 20 people, as well as hands on Cooking Class Parties for your friends and family, and even in home Private Cooking Lessons.
